One:
I just found out that I am able to complete my seven week practical teaching experience in a Kindergarten at Tairua Kindergarten (which is the town my parents reside in currently). It means seven weeks of spending weekdays away from my love, but easier for arrangements for Sofia's care while I am working. I was supposed to be at St Helier's which is down the road from here, but it was unexpectedly cancelled. This is a good solution for me though, so I am thrilled, as are my parents who will have their granddaughter for seven weeks in their house!
Two:
I just won a copy of this book of poetry through my University's alumni magazine. Awesome!
