Christmas time crafts

Today we did a spot of decorating the littlies and I. We used our gingerbread men recipe (that you can find over to the right on my blog) and we made some Christmas cookies for gifting to friends and family. We made a bunch to give to all the lovely teachers in my children's life this year. There have been three for Sacha and two for Sofia.

 

We made a batch and a half of trees, bells and stars decorated with lime and raspberry icing. The rest was used to construct what has now become a tradition in our house - the Christmas Gingerbread house. This is always gleefully demolished in no time at all on Christmas Day.

By the way, Sofia has a temporary tattoo on her arm of a Fairy Prince, just in case you were wondering.
