On Wednesday night we went to our cousin's for dinner. Sofia didn't sleep until 10pm because she was so excited. She adored getting lots of hugs from her big cousin Jessica. I decided to make some truffles to take with us and tried a new recipe. Unfortunately the mixture wouldn't set, so I turned it into a truffle cake instead. It was incredibly rich but delicious. It had some orange liqueur and zest in the mixture.
