Today is my husband Shawn's birthday. He has the unfortunate luck of having been born on boxing day. We always make sure he has a cake to celebrate with. This year however there was no chocolate torte as per last year. We had a simple carrot cake to celebrate with. New house and new born = simple cake.
I am so pleased we found each other and it was more than a transition. I love you and I'm so proud of everything you have accomplished in the past couple of crazy months.
