This weekend was pretty special for us.
We had our nephew Connor and my brother Alexander come and stay with us for the first time together. It was wonderful to see these two cousins exploring together and Sofia chasing her big cousin all over our house and section.
We fed the ducks (and a curious pukeko) from the bridge at the end of the road, played in the park, and at night we went to a special birthday party being held in honour of cool Lew our 40 year old cousin and his gorgeous wife Evelyn who turned 27. Lew is a construction manager hence the groovy cake.
Sofia dragged her very special Great Auntie B up for a boogie. Very cute.
It was a tiring but super enjoyable weekend.
My mother was one of six sisters so it is always crazy fun when we all get together for a celebration like this.
I always feel so blessed to be a part of this big super wonderful bunch people!
