We have been spending a bit of time at the circus lately. Just hanging out at the Auckland Circus Convention which has been down the road at the Corbans Art Estate in Henderson.
We took him out to our local Piha beach one late afternoon for a spot of playing at the beach - Kiwi style. There were a lot of crabs in the rock pools, and even a shark for the littlies to see. Oh, and a spot of mandatory juggling beneath the shadow of Lion Rock.
Lot of unicycles, crash pads and juggling things.

There was also a Circus performance called 'Sideshow' presented by The Blingling Bros and The
Auckland Circus Convention featuring many amazing Circus artists from
New Zealand and around the world. It was amazing, sorry you missed it.
An excellent friend of mine Matt from sixteen years ago (when I was a teenaged Nanny in Fukuoka, Japan) just happened to be in town. Years ago he was playing around with a few juggling balls - most recently he was instructing Cirque de Soliel performers in the diablo!
