Something great happened last month. I sent a recipe into the Huggies (baby) website for a competition they are running to find some recipes for children to add to their online cookbook. I was their recipe of the month winner! The recipe I sent in was for my seed & nut bites. I actually had no idea I had won until I received this book in the mail! It was a nice surprise.
The book has some great food ideas in it. Sofia eats lots of interesting food already, but I did find a few new ideas in there. Although they did take the liberty of making up a quote to go with the recipe, I really don't mind as they have published my recipe.
