Shawn and I were given a couple of comps for the RIANZ Vodafone NZ Music Awards last night a Vector Arena. I was so stoked because I knew Ladyhawke was playing! I was certainly the most pregnant person there I would say, but a what a buzz!
Smashproof were fantastic with Gin (the artist not the drink), as were Fat Freddy's Drop of course. The Mint Chicks rendition of Ray Columbus and the Invaders' 'She's a Mod' was fabulous.
I'm a little sleepy today, but it was a great night.

Lucky you, we had to be content with watching it on tv - but at least it was live :-) Glad you had a good time.
