Our lovely neighbour gave us some yummy freestone peaches from his neighbours enormous tree last week. I made three crumbles for dessert, and Mum was up so I got her to show me how to bottle them. I truly had never tried before! I keep thinking how lovely they will be in the deepest darkest winter when summer seems so far away.
Shawn will be happy I have used some of the jars I have had sitting around for a while.
