That was a great week away.
I love this beach, with the longest expanse of white sand. In winter there are not many people about. But wrap up warm and you can have a ball.
Sofia made sandcastles and we found some tuatua. Tuatua are easily confused with pipi, but tuatua have a more sharply angled shell. They are easily found on open water beaches at low tide at around 4cm. Awesome! I absolutely did not expect to find those.
