My nephew Conner turned six on the 20th of February so I made him a little bag to carry his toiletries around in for when he stays at his Daddy's, and for when he goes to his Nanny and Granddad's. It is made out of some thermal drape offcuts, so should be mildly waterproof.

My cousins son Jeremy has started school now and we went to his wee pool party last weekend. So we took him this little shoulder bag. He can use it for anything he likes, togs, treasures, library books. Sometimes bags are best when you just give them without a clearly defined purpose.
This one cost me the princely sum of about $1.50 . That was for the denim which I found at the op shop last week. The strap was of a baby gift of Sofia's, and the light blue fabric came from my Mum's stash. You have to agree that these are thrifty pressies.
