The new garden addition

This is the new addition to our garden.

In the mornings in our garden it is too hot for playing or eating. You see, we have no trees. Well, actually we have one lonely old lemonade tree which fruits twice a year with gorgeous lemonades.

Today there was an art and crafts fair just down the road from our place at Selwyn Reserve in Mission Bay. We got this lovely cotton and bamboo hand painted umbrella. It was made in Burma. It is just the ticket for a hot summers day in our garden. It is even the right size for covering Sofia's lovely little pool. As you can see, we enjoyed it today at lunchtime!

I love that it is the exact colours of our wedding theme (and my dress).
