So today I made Sofia a pair of much needed merino knit pants.
She has a pair of gorgeous baby love merino ones which she is always wearing. But there are two other pairs that she has grown out of that I needed to replace. I was sorely tempted to just go and buy some more, until I remembered that I had some merino sitting in my fabric pile needing a project (just to let you all know it was inherited, not purchased).
I took a basic pattern of Sofia's baby love merino ones and added bootlegs and a higher waistband to make sure they are nice and snugly for winter.
Now, it is time to sit quietly and do some assignment work for university. : (
