Today we baked some Belgian Biscuits (that's cookies for those who don't speak the Queens English). They are a lovely cinnamon and spiced cookie stuck together with raspberry jam (or three berry jam if you don't have any raspberry) and iced with raspberry icing.
The icing was a great consistency, it just was a little bit 'Barbie pink' for my liking. Mental note, be careful and go s-l-o-w when adding in the food colouring! Delicious though.
We had fun thinking of who we could make these for for Valentines Day next year. They just looked like that kind of cookie.
