Today was a gorgeous day so we popped down the road to our local park, which is a two minute stroll down the road. Sofia just loves a swing. I used to find her impossible to extricate from the swing once on, but now her average swing length (provided no other children are waiting) is a mere 20 minutes. She has discovered other joys such as climbing ladders (very high ones!) and sliding.
On the way home we did a bit of urban foraging down our road where we know there is a hedgerow of feijoas which are ripening and falling with nobody to eat them. We decided to help out there. Feijoas are also a new favourite this year.
