I finished this finally. After spending some time to work out how I could make sleeves for the sleeveless pop-over and then how I should go about attaching them to the top, it is finished.
I really love the tulip-shaped back on the pop-over. It was supposed to have buttons, but I used velcro instead.
I decided that I should put some cute felt flowers along the bottom. I don't mind if they get paint on them. I just thought they looked cute. They are definitely not as cute as Janelle's felt birds, flowers and tikis, but serve to add a piece of cuteness to the smock.
