While we were on holiday over the last week at Mt Maunganui beach we found the nicest shop. It was called purple patch, and it was filled with all the most gorgeous handcrafted things you can imagine. There were lovely babies hand knitted jumpers, lovely little dresses, and beautiful wooden toys. It was there that we found this gem...a little wooden rocking horse handcrafted by someone. For some reason it had been marked down from $80 to $30! Anyway, we just had to have it. Sofia adores it and has even started trying to make horse noises while rocking on it.
